When I told him it was my mom‘s birthday, he knew her and he hands me to Pizza and I hand him a $20 bill. He tells me the pizza is $22.85. Now I have to scrounge to my bag to get the extra $2.85. as I said we go there all the time all the time almost every Sunday I’m picking up soup for her. I’m picking up salad for her and he couldn’t even say the $2.85. I don’t even wanna go there anymore.
The pepperoni pizza is very good, but the pizza place needs to pay more attention when it comes to customer communication. There seems to be a lag with employees plus attitude when taking an order. They constantly have to be repeated upon and overall the employee to customer experience need improvement.
OMG! I have always been curious about Ginos in Williston Park, and decided to give it a chance after seeing a Barstool review. I really don't want to be mean, so I gave it 2 stars.. but the truth is we threw away the 2 pies we ordered and are now ordering from our normal spot. What a disappointment. VILE
Sicilian and speciality slices are great the regular pizza is not. Way too much cheese and not enough sauce, sometimes even barely cooked thoroughly the staff always looks pissed off the owner is friendly but the dude with the full beard creeps me out. I went just to get garlic knots once for my home cooked meal, these was a full tray on display, and the he says sorry we just sold out ? they couldn't whip up anymore? Shameful. D'angelos is better down the street.
Delicious pizza! Great crust, gooey cheese, sauce that isn’t overpowering. Love their plain, sicilian, and grandma slices. Easy five stars.
