Excellently is food at very decent prices and the location in the old town of Vilanova (also discovered too late, alas) was also charming. Well worth a drive up from the coast or down a mountain! And while it sounds simple, the ravioli with butter and sage is not to be missed!!
Beautiful location, friendly welcoming owners and excellent food and wine. We had a lovely dinner here. The setting was perfect. We were treated to a delicious berry liquor at the end of the meal. Very relaxed setting. A must visit. Don’t forget to have the mixed started.
We took the advice of another traveller that had commented on this site and took the anti pasta followed by the rabbit. Both were really good...The restaurant was a bit quiet when we went (early evening mid week) but the service was good and through a combination of French, English and fluent hand signs we managed to be understood. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the village.
If you had blinked you would of missed the turning to this authentic Italian gem. Extremely friendly staff which spoke both Italian and English (I’m learning). If you pick the antipasti choose a small dinner! I had the pansotti others In the party had rabbit and sea bass and could not fault it at all. 10/10 please do not change at all!
Very kind people, they were very nice to our young kids which made them love it. Food delicious, you can tell that the food is made with passion and love.
