Had a few minor hiccups but overall this experience was pretty great highly recommended in terms of food and fresh meat

This is a pretty good bbq place. They were out of almost all their sides so we had to get creative. We order the half chicken dinner with potatoes salad, the beef, the tri tip, green beans, mash potatoes and Mac salad. The chicken was amazing and had great smoked flavor. The pulled beef was very nice and rich. The tri tip was not good at all and was very dry. The green beans and Mac salad were pretty good. The mash potatoes had way to much pepper and I did not like the potato salad. Another knock is they do not make their own bbq sauce they give you sweet baby rays. I would have it given this place 3 stars because of the tri tip but the chicken saved the day!!

We love getting our meat from here, it's a bit pricey but worth it. They changed their ribs have them already packaged but not weighed or priced yet. The newer employees however are a bit rude. Never had any problems here before but today we had a middle aged man who didn't want to work. He was standing around doing nothing one of the younger employees asked him to help because there were a lot of people waiting to be helped who were holding the number tickets they weren't even calling them, they were just randomly asking whoever needed help. The guy rudely asked what we wanted we were very detailed on what meat how many lbs we wanted. He kept rolling his eyes sighing, he dropped a few pieces of meat on the sliding frame from where all the meat sits but still kept bagging it, then he tried to walk away without finishing helping us I asked for two other things of meat he said yeah I guess then went to walk away again we nicely said you forgot the other meat he said whatever walked over to it, weighed it tossed it on the counter then told the younger guy he was done walked to the back area. We came for a number of meats but left with less than what we wanted needed because he just didn't want to do his job at all. He made us all feel very uncomfortable. Talk about rude inappropriate behavior. We will definitely ask for someone else if we get him again cause that kind of behavior will send us elsewhere next time.

Quality Meats never disappoints. I went in yesterday 4/19/2023 to get a couple if their Wagyu Picanhas they had on sale. Along with 3 picanhas, I also got 2 Wagyu Tri Tips for the freezer.You can see from the photos, the absolute quality of the meat.Service, well, they are always stellar. What else can I say.
