Food was hot and fresh. Manager gave my wife a sample of a peppermint Frosty. Couldn't have been better. Staff was super nice too. Great job.
So tonight I ordered through Uber Eats and waited over an hour and 3 drivers to be told that my name/order wasn't in their system. Pathetic is being too nice. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this store. They built a new store to hire mediocre workers. Who you know is the norm, huh? Just like sorry McDonald's up the street, the worthless Taco Bell, and the low budget Dell Taco. It's like the same people work at them all. It's crazy how I've had to go clear across town for the same restaurants near me. AND GET BETTER SERVICE on their worse days. Fire your partial help and get better help before you end up empty like the CVS that use to be over there.
Bad customer service. Would give it zero stars, but unable to do so to place review. Waited to order at the drive thru only to receive absolute rudeness. Was left waiting at the drive thru window with 3 employees looking out but not one acknowledged us. Waited 10 minutes with no one to take payment.
First of all no receipt to make official complaint, missing items, stale tortilla wrap, food was not fresh at all. Drive through worker was ghetto af. Worst experience!! I won’t take my kids back.
