Taqueria Chabelita Taco Shop - Vista

We were in Welk Resorts and searching for tacos, so we found this place with a 4.7 rating. Super delicious, two of that $2.99 taco made me full, large portion, very yummy! Will want to go again although it’s far... Recommend!

The food is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Honestly, the best Carne Asada I’ve had in Cali to date, the seasoning is ON POINT. Service is great, the older gentlemen that served us was so kind and kept checking up on us. My new favorite spot!

Tacos are amazing and staff is very friendly. Carne Asada, Goat and Shrimp tacos were awesome.

Too bad I ate the food before taking a picture for the review. This place is amazing. I live just around the corner and did not know about it. Everything was good. The fries were crispy, the steak was tender and with lots of flavor so was the chicken. This is my go to place now when I am feeling like eating some Mexican food! The Best!

Great little taco shop! I'd be wary of any taco shop that was fancy, so don't let the modest location keep you away (this is Vista, after all, where our best BBQ is in a gas station). I always get tacos al pastor, so I tried the 2 taco plate with rice and beans. Everything was great, complemented by the homemade salsa and yummy pickled carrots. But the real winner was the extra lengua taco I added to the order. Best lengua I've had! Cooked just right, super tender and delicious. Highly recommended.
