Thai One On - Vista

I was really impressed with the quality of the food and the service. We ordered the Love Boat appetizer for a group of ten people and various soups, and they were all excellent. I ordered the Hot and Sour soup, which was served in a large cup. The broth was just spicy enough and the vegetables inside were delicious. For dinner I had an eggplant stir fry dish with a spiciness level of seven. It was amazing! The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. I went close to Halloween and the staff were dressed in costumes. Loved it!

Been going here for years. Still a solid go to spot in Vista. I haven't had anything I don't like. I've tried most of their menu. My favorites are their chicken and shrimp wonton soup. I love their pad see ew. Spicy fried rice is bomb. I do spicy level 7-8. Thai iced teas are fire as well.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had Won Ton Soup, the broth was great but the won tons completely fell apart. So eating it was a little challenging. The Garlic Fish ? I got fried sole in garlic sauce with a spice level of 8/10. This dish saved my entire evening. There was only one server, one bartender, and one person answering the phone. Service was very slow for a Saturday night. 5 tables sat patiently as the food was served one dish at a time. I finished my whole meal before someone in my party even received their food. I'd give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the slow service tonight.

Love to order once a month Cashew Beef with no fish sauce extra meat and extra pinapple at a 5 hot.. Yummy.....love it over a bed of white rice with their generous serving size I'm able to have seconds for lunch.. Its hard not pigging out. Sometimes I can push it to 3 serving sizes. It's gone up in price a little but it's worth the portion sizes. The have great tempura and a Crunchy California Roll...

I asked for super spicy and they gave it to me. Tom Yum was delicious and served in a hot pot. Pad Thai from here is the closest I've had compared to hawker stalls on the streets of Bangkok. Really like this place, anticipate coming again. Price is higher than expected, but Thai One On is a step up compared to other bargain Thai places, would be a great date spot or semi special occasion spot. This is a $20/entree place, and so far what I've had has been worth it.
