We held here on the basis of other reviews that eating was excellent and service was great and fast. there were only 8-10 customers and we had to wait 15 minutes on menus. we ordered breakfast plates immediately. must wait 45 minutes to eat without update from waitress. when we asked about the status, she had attitude and said that the scratch is never quick. the food was marginal. omelets overdone with brown coating, man had stir and biscuit and gravy (no sausage in it). will not be back
I was extremely disappointed with the food and service at Time Out Cafe, especially after reading such positive reviews online. The coffee was truly awful, perhaps the worst diner coffee I've ever tasted – it was both watered down and burnt. To make matters worse, my chorizo scramble was served cold and our side of sausage arrived after we had already finished our breakfast.
I was excited to give this restaurant a try because it looked promising, but after being kept on hold for 15 minutes without being muted and overhearing the staff talking about how they only care about their regulars and walk-ins, I decided to not order. A woman was telling a coworker that they didn't prioritize pick-ups, DoorDash orders, or other services like that. If they don't want to accommodate those options, they shouldn't advertise curbside pickup. I was disappointed as I usually support small local businesses, but not this one.
Fresh coffe and really good taste...I like it. I will come back again. Tanks everybody.
