The staff turned up the music too loud—it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. Background music should remain just that: in the background. The breakfast croissant was incredibly bland. I definitely overpaid for the food. I won't be returning! Just a heads up: Uptown Cafe in Valparaiso offers much better service, food, and portion sizes.

Not only did we enjoy some excellent coffee, but we also received a fantastic breakfast recommendation, which led to us getting a complimentary cinnamon roll the size of a small boulder. Always ask the locals for their suggestions!

I usually enjoy going to this restaurant, but since August, the new hires have made the experience less appealing. Waiting 15-20 minutes just to get a drink during a 30-minute lunch break is far from ideal. The new staff isn’t as friendly as the long-time employees, and when they take their time, interacting with customers doesn’t seem to be a priority for them. If you have the time to relax and wait, it’s still worth a visit because the food and drinks are good.

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! Since I recently moved to another state, my first stop when I came back home was FLUID! As always, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Thank you, Hemi and Reagan! The atmosphere is always inviting, and the service is fantastic.

I visited this place for the first time and Cassidy did an excellent job explaining the drinks to me. I decided to try the Voodoo latte, and it was delicious! I highly recommend it!
