Arby's - Wadsworth

Where’s the beef? Not at this Arby’s. Stopped in at 5:30pm on a Thursday and they were “out of beef”. I give them 2 stars just for the convenient location but come on…really???

I paid for a large. didn't get a large. not coming back. had to give my order more than one time. ripped off. scam place. food is good. service needs work. put in a way I don't need to talk to your employees. till then, not coming back. -10 stars.

Customer service is terrible. If you're stopping here, be prepared to be treated like you're bothering the employees and waiting for an extremely long time for your food. Take some pride in your work, people.

Had my order shorted more than once. When I called them on it, they charged my card twice, even though I only gave my card once. Shady place that engages in fraud. Go down the road to Kenosha's Arby's, much better.

Good place to stop, quality is consistent, and the staff is friendly.
