I've made multiple trips to pick up food there for lunch and dinner and they've been closed for no reason. I give up! Side note: When I did get food there in the past, it was mainly for their lumpia. The adobo is hit or miss, sometimes too fatty, sometimes it was good. With that said...I will no longer make special trips to get food there.
Guisado and adobo flavor was good and what to expect, but overall too fatty/oily. As a filipino, I can't stand behind a restaurant that has filipino food with no vinegar to go with the pansit/lupia/rice. No calamansi or lime available. Only lemon. This is something that I would turn a blind eye to on the mainland, but not in Hawaii. Outdoor seating only. Lumpia was very stale sitting under a heat lamp. I will say they do fill up the plates nice and full though!
Went there on Monday, March 13, around 11am. Horrible service by the younger lady. She showed no personality or was even welcoming. Asked her the price of the flan which she said $8 and then rung it up for over $9. When we pointed out the price difference, she didn 't answer and showed a face. I told a friend who lives in Milillani about our experience and she said she went there once and will never go there again. On a scale from 0 to 5, I give it a 0 for having poor customer service.
Couldn’t substitute Milk for non dairy, and and at the time only accepted cash. The Boba was under cooked for me, to hard on the inside.
Waited for 20 minutes to order a boba drink… which is what they are well known. At the end they had absolutely no drinks. Waited 20 minutes just for that. There was only one other person in the cafe too… not cool. Ended up getting nothing.
