Sunday afternoon around 2:25 I stopped by and got a 12 piece bucket and not only did they get my sides wrong they shorted me 3 pieces of chicken. Last time I went my sides were wrong and the time before that I got dark meat for white meat. And may I add Sunday they weren't even busy
Got a 3 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and now if you want coleslaw it is an extra charge and found the chicken to quite a bite smaller than I seen before. Not very juicy either,
We stopped going to this KFC years ago when they were regularly out of chicken when we went. Today we finished a marathon 16 hour drive from Maine and KFC was convenient. Tha was a mistake. I ordered a 12pc chicken tender meal not a big thing bit again out of tenders. Worse they pieced some other chicken pieces with their batter and tried to create a tender. Not sure what was worse biting into a breaded bone or that they thought I'm some dumb **** who wouldn't know better. 25years I the restaurant business and I can say thianis the worst one I've seen with a record of poor management. 40 dollars for this is just not acceptable. Customer gone for ever. And if the owner sees this getnoff your buty and got to your restaurant and fix it or risk loosing more customers. I will fo out of my way for Popeyes.
THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO! Ordered at the drive thru at 5 and was told to pull to the front. It’s 5:20 and I have to call the store to ask because it’s pouring. And was asked to get down, and bring the receipt because no one knew about my order. I ask for a refund, and the manager, Akira, or something like that, asked for my card with the nastiest attitude, I tell her I’m not running back outside with my 5 year old, who’s already soaking wet, and she just throws the receipt and gets on her phone, and says “I’m dealing with a rude customer” EXCUSE ME??!!! Never apologized, didn’t even try to fix the situation, and just walked away. One of the ladies at the drive thru was the only one who apologized and actually showed her face. I don’t understand how people like that manager have that position, even at KFC! It’s ridiculous.
