The ambiance is just right, with background music that allows for conversation without being too overpowering. The menu is extensive, and the soup portions are always generous and far superior to anything I could make myself. The big breakfast is indeed large, but all dishes are served in generous portions. Jo is friendly and accommodating, making sure that everything is just right. The shop also offers unique items to browse through, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
I enjoy coming to this restaurant for its lively atmosphere. The manager is always upbeat and beautiful. There is always beautiful music playing, as well as many interesting vintage items like clothing, jewelry, and household goods. The coffee is consistently good, and I especially love the cappuccinos. The lunch options are also great.
I love all day Big Breky and the Mixed Berry smoothies are amazing. Jo is so friendly that you just sit and relax very cozy ambience.
We found this breath of nostalgia on the border. Jo was friendly and welcoming and nothing was a lot of trouble. While waiting for tasty lunch, browse the corners and buttons of each room and discover a piece of your childhood dressed as Gran's milk jug... or Dad's writing set. The shelves are full of vintage items for sale at reasonable prices. I recommend this stop for lunch.
Jo is just lovely. Our family of 5 came across Vintage by Jo on our road trip through Stanthorpe and surrounds. Absolutely wonderful shop with beautiful gifts and unique items. The lunch was amazing with huge milkshakes as well. Well worth a visit.
