Wendy's - Walterhill

Stopped by yesterday but was too tired to give a review The staff are super friendly and my food was nice and hot, yet again just about any Wendy's restaurant I go to has their customer service on point The thing that really got me was the fact that the interior still looks the same way that it did back in the late 90s early 2000s for most restaurants went for a very modern feel. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to be noticed while the staff talked with each other right at the counter. It was like I was invisible. And the burger was dry and had no mayo. The fries were good though.

Service was excellent, very friendly and polite. Food was good, and the coffee was good, even after my dog knocked it from my hand and made me spill it in my lap.

Please do not go to this Wendy’s as soon as the sun goes down and it becomes dark. They have incompetent workers including their manager working for them who don’t understand how their own systems work. It’s as if being incompetent is a requirement to work the closing shift there. Please Wendy’s do better.

I go to this location on 25th Street because the Wendy's on mcgrady Dr is a really bad joke of a restaurant for fast service with hot fresh food steer clear of mcgrady Dr Wendy's at all cost
