The supermarket, which used to be one of the best, always lacks essential ingredients for their dishes. Every time I visit, I end up having to go somewhere else because they don't have basics like lemongrass or bird's eye chilies. There's never a guarantee that they will have the ingredients they need after shopping at Talad Thai. It's better to go elsewhere instead of wasting time going to two stores instead of one.
This restaurant is very disappointing. I have been going there for a few weeks now and I was not satisfied, especially with the green chicken curry. It was very sweet and not good at all.
Suck service! their server are ignorant and the cashier (maybe the owner) has not even taken care of receiving the feedback (or the complaining). Eat is in order, but I will not come back!
When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was simple yet elegant, with a touch of Mediterranean flair. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all of my needs were met. As for the food, it did not disappoint. I started with the hummus and falafel appetizer, which was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. For my main course, I had the lamb tagine, which was tender and aromatic. The portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling full and satisfied. Overall, The Little Olive exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning. It's a hidden gem in Notting Hill that deserves to be on everyone's radar.
