Contribuer aux commentairesThe music here is loud and goes on all night. They just can't do anything at a moderate level. The punters, particularly the women are shreaking most nights as they leave, no consideration for the neighbours.
Teigan was a great host and made our night extra special. Excellent service. Great food. Good music.
I came here today for a Mother’s Day brunch with 14 of my family members they all had a great time.food was good, drinks were lovely, the service was great and most importantly the manager Shannon was amazing, friendly, very helpful and gave us an overall good experience. Definitely will be back : Thanks Shannon
Arrived for our booking at 3 to be told your table isn 't ready despite having booked months in advance not a great start. We were warned from the start that there would be a delay with the food little did we know this would total in a 2.5 hour wait for food! We understand this was due to sickness in the kitchen however I don 't think that 's an excuse for a busy Saturday with a fully book schedule with people like us that booked months in advance. When the food did come out we were already deflated and agitated what the restaurant lacks in management it makes up for with bottomless prosecco but despite the staff being very on top of refills this did not prevent the occasion being tainted. 11 stomachs on bottomless prosecco and no food is such a disaster and the staff did nothing to rectify or acknowledge this. I would have been happier to leave the booking and go to nandos but we were tied down to the bottomless deal as you are required to order food to qualify. Don 't be fooled by the flair and £13 cocktails, it 's not worth it. I would have been happier anywhere else. Don 't waste your money
After waiting for food for 2.5 hours with no explanation until we complained, I would not go back to this restaurant. Our waitress initially ignored us when we tried to order, and then told us we couldn't order yet and had to wait. The delay was blamed on the chef being absent, but for a busy Saturday night, you would expect a backup plan to be in place for such a large number of reservations. The manager tried to make up for the delay by extending our bottomless drinks and helping with the bill, but the wait and frustration ruined the rest of our evening. What was supposed to be a mid-afternoon lunch turned into dinner. I have never experienced such a long delay in a restaurant without a sincere apology. It's a shame because the atmosphere was good at first, but I will not be returning.
