La Dolce Vita Warrenpoint

We have used these guys regularly for a number of years but service has gone to the dogs. Always have to chase delivery and get told it has left 2/3 mins ago. 20 mins later doesn't turn up. Ring again to be told it will leave shortly. Many other places to get food in Warrenpoint so will be going elsewhere ongoing. Service: 1

1st time trying Warrenpoint on Wed 25/10, served by a friendly girl on the till, wasn't sure what to go for and she gave me some excellent recommendations. Had Chili loaded fries, papas favorite and the garlic bread. Super quick service and everything was hot when I got it home. Definitely be in again next week for the same it was excellent! Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order at 7:39pm this evening with a collection slot of 8:30pm to arrive at 8:30 and be told it will be a couple of minutes 8:50pm comes around and I’ve only received my food. To leave a customer standing for that long whilst 8 members of staff gather round to talk is outrageous. Received cold and burnt food, one way to give someone food poisoning! Seriously need to have a training day for staff. They have absolutely no customer service whatsoever, answering phones and hissing when I asked to place an order for collection, only to be told ‘were not making any more pizzas’ at 5 past 8 . I would strongly advise you log in to AdWords and update your business hours if that’s the case. Your staff are loosing you alot of money packing up at 8 o’clock if there was a -5 star for customer service I’d be hitting the button all day Service: 1
