The table was easy to book online. The food was very good even though they got the order wrong and one of the party had to wait for their food,they apologised and gave us a bottle of wine to compensate.
Food was amazing but took 3 hours for 3 courses very slow service considering very little customers in there.
I have emailed the Bear separately to explain my bad experience on Sunday. They have yet to reply
The bear in spa has closed! We only found out when we're here, very annoying.
