This is an excellent cigar bar! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. The next time I’m in DC, I’ll definitely try some food.
All about Shelleys is fantastic. It takes you back to a time when smoking and enjoying a drink or two created a relaxed yet adventurous atmosphere.
