Cooking was nothing extraordinary. Then there is service charge aside from the cooking charges when you can have this on other restos here that have video/karaokes. SC is 17% of bill, which is a lot, considering the place is just like an air-conditioned carinderya, even worse than CR. And we ate their rice that was said to be good for 3-4 persons. It was very expensive for the amount of actual food that we ate with lots of shells from the clams, muscles, and shrimp. The table next to us got shrimp tempora, which looked delicious.
