If you’re going to pay this much for a hotel go elsewhere. They charge a fee to check in early, even if your room is ready. The beds are glorified pull out couches. The bathroom lights were motion sensing, which was very inconvenient in the middle of the night. I used the complimentary luggage storage and when I came to pick up, they opened up the room with hundreds of bags and said “find yours” and did not even confirm that I had a tag or that I had taken the bag that my tag matched. There are water and coffee stations on each floor and a chrome cast in each room which are about the only positives I can think of. There was no service to speak of and it is too expensive for the only amenity to be proximity.
Stayed here with my husband a while back and it was awesome! We were very impressed by the modern take of the hotel and the rooms -especially the rooms which featured super cool lights for a relaxed feel and renovated everything. The staff were very nice and attentive. It was also so nice to have a bar and restaurant attached for those days where you just don’t want to go out.The proximity to everything is a major plus. Hope to stay here again in the future.Rooms: Modern, clean, quiet.Nearby activities: Tons to do near by.Walkability: Museums are within 2-4 miles. Capitol Hill is about 1 mile away. Chinatown is about 0.5 miles away.
Better than I expectedVery nice size room, very clean, friendly staff. Neat bed... Make it a lounge or a bed with the touch of a button... Comfortable. No frills hotel, but modern. Coffee, water and ice stations on every floor.Great location.Only thing missing was a mini fridge and drinking cups.Def would stay again???
Location and service is nice. There was two ladies whom were super helpful with the check in/ out process. As well they were attentive to my coming and going which just made me feel like the cared. The rooms however… I’m use to space and there was hardly any. You walk in to your bathroom. I didn’t like that. The lights were hard to work, the bed not too comfortable and my blinds fell down the first night. It was new to me but I won’t be returning to the location.
