They even placed my wife's taco salad in separate little containers so it didn't get mushy before we got home. I saw anew manager in there; I hope he keeps up this tempo because I'll start coming back to Wendy's if the service keeps gettingbetter!
The food is always really good but no matter when I go through the drive through. every worker there always seems stoned or just really bad at their jobs. Sat in the line for almost 45 minutes. Had someone charge us. Forgot they charged us. And then spentan extra 7 minutes just bagging the food.. I'm sorry to whoever works there if it's difficult sometimes but you guys have got topick up the pace a little bit because people can't be spending hours in the drive through line waiting for 2 burgers
Over the past year this particular Wendy's location has gone downhill. They take extremely long on takeout or dine in orders and they never get our order correct. We love Wendy's and typically we are met with good attitudes but the service quality is verypoor.
Good God! I have never been here with less than a 40 minute wait in the drive-through line. But thank God the manager got a smoke break with the neighbor who works in the business next to this place. They were out of several sizes of lid and all thechicken strips and a bunch of other stuff. But hey! Smoke break! PATHETIC.
This location needs a better team manager. I realize that most the employees were trying their best , but the whole place was struggling to get orders filled between on-line,drive threw and walk in customers . I felt bad for their whole team. Sad really.Burgers without meat were served to the guests ahead of me. My food was hot and as I ordered, but really? Burgers with no patty. Wendy, where's the meat!?
