Signatures - Waterbury

We went here after a play last weekend. We were new to the area and hadn't made reservations but they squeezed us in before the dinner rush. We just did apps and drinks but we decided it was worth a revisit when we've made reservations and have time for a meal.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere!! My favorite place in Waterbury to eat!!! I had the King Cut Prime Rib and Creme Brulee for dessert!! It was all amazing....I highly recommend trying it out.

First time, but it won't be the last. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We showed up without reservations, and the staff was very accommodating. We sat at the bar where Dave and the rest of the staff were very friendly and entertaining, especially with their banter.

The service is beyond outstanding and the kitchen absolutely knows what they’re doing.Prices may seem high but the quality, wait staff and bar absolutely back it up. Best dinner spot in Waterbury by far.Shoutout to the pear martini

Wife and I had the best dinner last week. Sitting at the comfortable bar with accommodating, friendly service by Carrie and Wendy. The best frutti di mare, chicken special and calamari (best in city). See you again soon!
