Contribuer aux commentairesI did the app and I was accepted to $2.12 stephen was his name, he was in the window rude as hell and well told me I was scanning it all 4 something he argued with me I asked for mutuality he slammed window in so that I stayed there until I got my dedication I had to be done to a manager and online never received email or call back to say he rude as hell!
Says google that at 5:00 a.m. they will open most of the time they are not even open until 5:15 and when they are in the drive-thru, they will not come on the intercom and tell them they are still closed. 2. times and now I'm too late for work, I don't think I'm explaining why it's important that a coffee shop open in time.
I would first like to say that the poor woman who worked by herself had been there for only 2 weeks and has done an excellent work in terms of customer service. my problem is that almost a week ago I put an online order for a birthday cake for my wife. When I arrived today to pick it up, the building was locked. I finally learned that because she was the only worker who showed the work, the building was closed, but she was the man of the drive-thru. I found out almost immediately that they didn't have my order yet they were able to find something about it. she even went so far to write a picture of my input to her manager. on the business side of the dinge there is no excuse for it. they had more than enough advice to prepare this cake. the manager of this site clearly does not care about the service, as it has left a brand new employee. other comments talked about how bad the service is at this place. in any case, this place would not recommend for anything, including a cup coffee. again was the woman who works very nice and did everything she could customer service wise to help fulfill some form of my order.
We had bacon, eggs and cheese croissants and they were pretty good. the service was also good. a little disappointed that the lobby was not open. we're going back there.
Worst dunkin. i placed an online order that i’ve placed multiple times before and had 3 door dashers come to pick up my order waited an hour for my coffee and finally i get a text saying they did not have my drink when i’ve gotten it multiple times in the last 2 weeks. the workers need better respect for their customers as well.
