Buen Apetito - Waterville

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the western Maine! Almost everything is made house, including the delicious flour tortillas, which on their amazing chimichan gas, can easily be mistaken for puff pastries. Besides, they are not afraid to bring the heat in many of their sauces.

Bomb food. A proper opinion on any Mexican restaurant starts with the chips and salsa I was certainly not disappointed. They start with their mild salsa, but if you ask nicely, they will bring out a few tasteful varieties that make your mouth tingling with luck! I have a few lunches/dinners here and every dish was very delicious. So far I had the pleasure to try her chicken chimis, chili relleno, chicken taco and beef enchiladas. My favorite was the chicken chimis that I cannot resist fried kindness.

Great meal (as always! . And great service! Definitely the jalapeno margarita would recommend. But her house Margarita is also delicious. The potatoes are so good!

I had a great lunch and dessert here! When I arrived, I was greeted and immediately brought to a table. Chips and two types of salsa were waiting for me. I liked the green salsa a bit, the red salsa not so much, but I both ended. For my main dish I had a tostada with chorizo. It came fast and I added some hot sauce (because that's what I do), avocado and sour cream. It was a real treat. My server, which was brilliant and attentive, recommended desert so that I tried the fried apple and walnut thing I'm so sorry that I can't remember the name but it was fantastic. I'm back at my next passage through town!

Delicious food. Served very timely on a busy night. Great service and a friendly atmosphere
