The Coop - Waukesha

Everything was delicious! Taking a family with 3 little ones for breakfast can be challenging sometimes. We had little or no wait. The staff was very helpful and friendly and attentive. The food was great. We can't wait to go back! So many different items on the menu it was hard to decide what to order.

I had a crepe and my husband had eggs and pancakes. Our meal was amazingly good. We are from out of town and just found this place online. Great find! Great **** Mary and Aloha Mimosa too!

What a fantastic spot for brunch! The red velvet pancakes and banana bread French toast are incredible! I highly recommend them. However, the carnitas skillet, which comes in a bowl, was quite watery, so I wouldn't order that again. On a positive note, the smoothies and mimosas were outstanding!

This restaurant features a unique menu with a fantastic variety of American, Southern, and Mexican dishes. The breakfast cocktails offer great value. The service is both efficient and friendly. While the carnitas were tasty, I would recommend opting for the sweeter items like waffles, pancakes, or crepes instead.

As for the wait for our food, it was barely noticeable. About 13 minutes in, our waiter kindly informed us that our food would be out shortly, and sure enough, it arrived just a minute and a half later. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to snap a photo of the food because it all looked and smelled too tempting! Halfway through our meals, we exchanged glances and agreed that neither of us would be needing a to-go box. Every dish exceeded our expectations and was delicious to the last bite. The fruit we requested was fresh and incredibly tasty. In closing, I want to commend The Coop for maintaining such a high standard of service despite the hustle and bustle. Bring your friends, family, or anyone in between to enjoy a meal at The Coop! (The photos I managed to take don’t truly capture how busy it was; the main dining room was nearly full during our visit.)
