Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Waxahachie

The over weight white lady working there is extremely rude and didn't get my order correct after I waited 30 mins for food and missing a drink. Don't waste your money it's overpriced trash

This place is absolutely terrible. Every time you come here, the wait is extremely long most recent experience was 50 minutes after being told 10 minutes for chicken). Once we were parked, the staff forgot about us and the order was not filled. There is no sense of urgency with any of the employees, they are usually out of SOMETHING, or their equipment doesn’t work. Don’t visit this location.

I don’t have the words but on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a -10!!!! Just awful service everything takes more than 7 minutes if you’re going through the drive thru. It’s no longer fast food at the Waxahachie branch!

Slowest service ever. They either run out of chicken, close early or they cannot take debit card. The same experience every time I come here and I always end up leaving.Today 3/20/24, I went took a while before I ordered, nonetheless I ordered red beans and rice as my side and I received red beans and rice in water. I go here because it’s the only Popeyes in town but omg bad experience all the time.

Now I go to a lot of fast food restaurants and this one is by far the slowest serving place. They took forever in the drive thru so I went inside to order only to take another 20 minutes when there was no one in front of me. To top it off the people who were in the drive thru kept coming inside due to their orders being wrong.
