Ordered P01, P10 V03. Loved their Pho soups.Wanted more to bold their V03: pork very well seasoned and roasted, good portion of vegetable along with delicious spring roll cut in small bites.
Walked in on a Sunday ordered and paid over 100$ For take out. Changed our minds and requested dine-in before the food order even went to the kitchen. Received the first round of food with hair in a bowl of soup. Proceeded to finish our meal after second guessing if we should. Asked for a plastic container to go for our drink and leftover soup and was given a hard time with a “you’re making us do double service”. It’s a restaurant we should be able to eat and finish or leave as much or as little as we want.
It took them almost 20mins to bring out my pho. Pho should not take that long. The beef from the pho was bad too. The raw beef was really chewy and the brisket part is way too fatty. The broth was just ok. The high rating were form month ago , have they changed the kitchen cook?
Solid broth and fresh veggies. I enjoy the pho here. I haven't had a chance to try different dishes on their menu yet but they have a nice selection including bun xeo (savoury pancake), and specialty hu tieu and bunbohue which I always love to see as options. Spacious and clean.Edit: posted the wrong soup photo from a different restaurant, fixed now but..oops
