Lire plusBlack pepper chicken was dry. No condiments were sent. Very little chicken and lots of mushrooms.
I like panda express their service is always very quick and this one was no exception. Food always hot. And I love their fortune cookies.
The food tasted like it had veen sitting, but was hot. The staff was anxious to. close for Christmas eve.
