Contribuer aux commentairesOn Sunday, December 12th, at 4:00 PM, I ordered a cheeseburger pizza but received a beef pizza instead. When I called to address the mix-up, the guy who answered insisted he was the one who made it. I explained that I had repeated my order twice to the girl who took it. He then handed the phone to the manager, who insisted that I had indeed ordered the beef pizza. I've ordered from this place many times, but after this experience, I won't be returning. The customer service was extremely poor, and I felt like they were calling me a liar.
