Buffalo Wild Wings - Wellington

We informed our server that we were ready to order, and she took our children's orders but didn’t return with the food for another 15 minutes. When our food finally arrived, my burger was overcooked, and the bun tasted like a cheap frozen bun from a big store. Our table did not have any plates or napkins, so we had to ask for those as well. After we finished eating, we requested the check and asked for it to be divided by family (four families in total). The waiter brought us one family’s check and then left. We had to flag her down to get her attention to remind her that the rest of us were ready to settle the bill. After that, she brought out another check, but we had to ask for a third time to get the checks sorted out for everyone. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Our waiter/bartender knew we were headed to a concert and had to be out fast....he went above and beyond! Excellent service!

Worst BWW experience ever. Took almost an hour to get our food then then came out on thing at a time. Last to arrive were the wings, my wife ordered boneless she got boned. Mine were medium but were dry extra sauce took so long to arrive the dry wings became cold wings.BWW the one thing you do is wings if you can't do that well you should take wings out of your name

Stay away, stay FAR away from this location. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Wellington on 3/26/22. It was between the lunch hour rush and dinner rush so not very crowded. Service started out good with the waitress taking our drink and food order in a timely matter. But, she never came back to check on us, not once. The sides that came with my friend's meal didn't arrive until he was almost finished eating (and were delivered to our table my another wait staff, not our waittress). We had to flag down other wait staff to get a fork for my friend so he could eat his coleslaw when it finally arrived. We had to flag down another wait staff to get refills on our drinks. I could go on and on. Other than take our order and deliver our food our waittress never checked back with us to see how we were doing. I also had to chase down the check to finally get out of this h@ll hole of a restaurant. Very disappointing. I used to go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Boynton Beach and always had great service. I just moved to the Wellington area and was happy to see a restaurant not too far from my new apartment. WORST SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER go back to this location. You have lost a good customer and lots of in business that I will take to your competitors.

I dined here a few weeks ago, and I must say, the entire experience was disappointing. Our server appeared more interested in chatting with the staff than attending to customers. We had to ask for everything, even forks for our appetizers. Given this experience, I doubt I’ll return to Buffalo Wild Wings again. Additionally, the food did not taste very fresh.
