Bernie's Burgers Suds - Wenatchee

I really enjoy the burgers and fries, but the standout for me is definitely the fry sauce!

I typically use the drive-through at this restaurant and understand that there can be long waits sometimes, which I don't mind. However, I recently dined inside and was shocked by the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will not be returning. While the food is good, the interior was filthy. There were piles of dirty dishes next to the front counter, and the booths were covered in grime and stains. I witnessed an employee only clearing dishes from a table without wiping it down, leaving crumbs behind. The hanging lamps were dirty, and I was concerned something might fall into my food. The fact that customers had to walk by the kitchen to access the bathroom was unsanitary. The entire restaurant seemed poorly maintained and dirty, with strange stains on the furniture and a disgusting carpet. The lack of cleanliness made me regret ever visiting the restaurant and I will not be returning. It's a relief that I walked in once so I could see how unsanitary it is and avoid wasting my time on long waits for mediocre food in such an unclean environment. I am surprised there have been no inspections of the restaurant.

Recently moved to the area and was in need of a quick dinner option. I chose this restaurant thinking it would be a good choice, but unfortunately, it was not. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with my screaming toddler, only to receive old, over-fried French fries, a kids' meal without a toy (which may not seem like a big deal, but is a disappointment for the little ones), and a French dip sandwich that was significantly smaller than expected and overly salty. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. I may give them another chance and try a burger next time, but first impressions are hard to erase.

Waited 50 minutes in the in the driveway. Went in twice and ask where my order the lady was rude about it and then when I actually got my order it was cold. I have been going there for years and now probably no more. Sad to see a good restaurant go down

It has a nostalgic charm, friendly service and good food. I love that they offer gluten-free buns, prices are fair.
