Big eat and even if I have the whole kiosk setup they have now (bc it killed the nostalgia of the environment) their service trainer came on the floor and interacted with all guests. that is what we always loved to eat there (besides eating delicious.)
I have immersed, and what an amazing experience! you order yourself, then get your own drink, and as soon as it's ready, they'll call their number so that they can pick up their food. when I got steak n shake with a waiter/ waiter, it always took a long time. my food was less than 5 minutes after the order. will definitely come back!
My family and I went into the drive last week and we had the best experience. we had a big job and the employee was very friendly and made sure that our order was correct, including the seasoned. our whole food was hot and tasteful. I must say in the last few years we have stopped pricking through poor service and food quality n-shakes. but I'm back at this place.
Hit or miss but generally good, especially considering a lot of the menu is more affordable than most places. I’ve received cold or soggy fries a few times. Some good items are gone- mocha milkshakes, patty melts, and hot fudge sundaes ? Several months ago I ordered chicken strips and at the window I asked for ranch dressing dip. The employee said it cost extra. ?? On previous visits it wasn’t. Not a big deal, just the idea of being told a different story than a week before and then them acting like there was always a charge.
