Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Wesley Chapel

I have them about the problems we had, emails, but they didn't react. we went to lunch and the food tasted good. their ac is out and they have portable, which lick a padded water in front of the door. the parts were small. we went there between 11 o'clock and both mud cans were overrun. the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned long. they should take into account the change in their working time when they have problems with the staff so that they can be fully occupied when they are open, as it seems that most reviews have been very negatiw lately.

The AC wasn’t working but the AC that they had going had the front door flooded we had to walk through a huge puddle of water to get into the restaurant the tables were dirty the floor it was dirty the toilet look like it had it been clean in a few days or even a week there was no soap to wash her hands so I’m not sure what the workers were using the meat was actually decent but they did put the skimpiest amount in all of our food compared to any other barbecue places I’ve been to ……unfortunately nothing else about the visit was good. It seems that it has went downhill .

My wife and I picked up two dinners including barbecue turkey, pork, and chicken breast plus sides. It was all excellent barbecue. I’ve not had better barbecue chicken breast. Usually at other restaurants, the chicken breast is dry but this had been marinated prior to the grilling. Delicious. My wife really liked the turkey. Also, the young lady who served us, I believe her name was Erica, was just so kind and sweet. It meant a lot. Great experience!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Online it says the open at 11am. I left work at 11 for lunch arrived at 11:15 and the lights were off and doors were locked. A few minutes later a middle eastern man arrived in a dickies van with his son who I think is the owner. I asked if he’s open and he says it will take him a little bit to get opend up and says to come back tomorrow if I don’t have time after I waited 15 minutes. my whole lunch break wasted because he was late to open and he used the excuse that he lives far away. I read other reviews with the same problem of closing early and opening late. If you have a business and u can’t be there til 12 then change your hours. And the least you could do is not be rude about it. I came back the next day to use my gift card and the food was leftover from the day before. Very nasty dry brisket. Mac n cheese had black flakes in it. The Roll was stale. Worst restaurant and service I’ve ever seen in my life. And the place is filthy. Hopefully I don’t get food poisoning.

I ordered big deal burger pickup through Uber eats and showed up to the counter in Dickeys BBQ after 30 minutes when I was told it would be ready. They told me it would be another 30 minutes because the manager that makes it wasn't even there yet. I cancelled the order in person and on Uber and I'm still fighting with Uber for a refund because Uber claimed the order had been started even though I was standing at the counter with them telling me that was impossible.
