Cousins Subs - West Bend

I always have a great experience at this Cousins Subs location. The staff is consistently friendly, the food is always made to order and accurate, and the cheese curds are salty but tasty!

The restaurant does not follow up on online orders. When customers call to inquire about their pending order just minutes before closing time, they are told that it is their own problem and the restaurant hangs up on them without fulfilling the order.
