Dunkin' - West Bend

I arrived at the restaurant around 1:30pm and ordered a chorizo wrap and snackin bacon, as well as several coffee drinks. Unfortunately, the wrap I received was frozen, so they offered to make another one. The second wrap was still cold, and when I mentioned this, I was met with an argument that they couldn't cook it longer without burning it. I believe it is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure the food is cooked properly. Despite the "there's nothing more we can do" response, both wraps were ultimately thrown out. The bacon was also soggy and old, and when we raised this issue, we were told it was only made in the mornings. We informed them that all the food had to be discarded. Although we would have declined a refund, we would have appreciated a gesture to rectify the situation. The coffee drinks were the only thing that met our expectations. Overall, Dunkin lost some credibility with us on this visit.

By 9 o'clock, they were out of all the popular items and they refused to make drinks with almond milk. Not everyone can have dairy, so I find it unfair to limit someone's options like that.

Samara was amazing super sweet!! everyone always makes sure my drink and food are correct ! i drive am extra 20 minutes to go to this dunks rather then the hartford one

Would give zero stars if I could. I found a small piece of blue plastic in my frozen coffee. Definitely won’t be returning here.

The General Manager needs to be retrained in customer service. So unnecessarily rude! The rest of the staff was helpful.
