Always good. I have to approve the ppl that works here. they take their order when they still pull through the line and they go along their car then they go to the window and it's finished and it's right! my order was a special order and yes, I said it was right! great for this staff! always kind.

We enjoy this family-friendly restaurant. the step stool in toilet for the little one is very appreciated! the whole food was fresh and delicious! we tried the spicy chicken deluxe, on the part, chicken stripes, mac and cheese, child meal with an amazing variety for the fruit cups, waffelfries, chicken nuggets crispy or grilled and also chocolate dump cookies. child-friendly: wind table, step stool in the bathroom for the small and high chairs available for young families!

I eat here all the time because it is just so good and people really know what it is about customer service! big fan of Chick-fil-A! always clean!

I love Chick-fil-A and I love the one here in West Des Moines. However for the last several times and twice just today I go through and I asked for unsweetened tea. And when I get every time is sweetened tea. That’s not a big deal but if you’re diabetic that’s a major! So that entails that I drive another 10 miles back from my home in order to change out an ice tea and to inform people there that they’ve given me the wrong tea again. Last time I went through and I specifically said it Hass to be unsweetened. And I was given sweetened tea. That’s a lot of gas going back-and-forth over a container of tea. The only other option I have is to ask the person to taste it before they give it to me. But that would be rather unsanitary and unhealthy. I think good money for lots of food for the family. But they just can’t get the key right! The definition of quality is low variability. That’s why I gave a one to get attention needed. Your better than that!
