Excellent food which was delicious, beautifully presented and we all really enjoyed all our choices. The choice of drinks was also great from cocktails to a fab selection of Japanese beverages and a well chosen wine list. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommended.
Service was delightful and the food is delicious. The server knew exactly what suggest to order from the menu and it was the perfect choice.
Pros: you are not hurried at all, the service (the girls were so sweet, the food was ok. Cons: you can’t walk in because the door is locked and has to be opened for you which isn’t very welcoming, the service is only just the right side of slow, the older waiter with the shakey hands points rather too closely at the food to tell you what it is (I thought, if he touches it I’m not eating it! , the food was only ok nothing special and OH MY GOODNESS it is all VERY expensive for what it is. Don’t bother with dessert, they are mass produced not homemade and cost £12 each! We had been looking forward to eating here but because it’s so expensive and only ok, we probably won’t go again. Disappointing.
Excellent lunch at Myra's today. Veg gyosza lovely and crunchy. Sushi delightful. Black cod and chicken skewers delicious. Pleasantly surprised, more on the skewers thank expected. As the restaurant wasn't busy we got chatting to Paul and he very kindly offered us coffee on the house.
Fabulous authentic Japanese meal. We were talked through the menu by very knowledgeable staff. We particularly enjoyed a sharing platter of sushi and tempura, with local wine made in Dorset. They also specialise in Japanese sake and we had a delicious cocktail made with Japanese ingredients.
