Terrible terrible terrible!!! We had 8:00pm reservations. We got there early at 7:30 and said we’d be happy to go to the bar for a 1/2 hour. There was one couple in the bar that was eating at the bar. No one was there otherwise waiting. At 8:00 I let them know we were ready to be seated.the owner said “give me 5 minutes I’ll have you seated. Fast forward 1/2 hour later at 8:30 an hour in now waiting. The bar area filled up as well as the tables in the bar area for those without reservations. All of a sudden 2 other couples were seated. One couple who had just walked in. Apparently they knew the waiter who ushered them right in. I spoke with the then host(the owner disappeared. They we’re getting ready to seat another couple when I had asked what was going on. They told me they did not know. I had reminded this person we had been waiting prior to all who were waiting and that we had a reservation. He sat the other couple and continued to apologize and said it wouldn’t be much longer. I asked for the owner. I was told he wasn’t there any longer. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I recalled this place went bust and out of business a few months earlier and just reopened with new “money”. There was a good reason they failed before and I’m more than certain they’ll fail again. They offered us nothing. No attempt nor apology to have us seated. Bad business. An unhappy customer will tell people 10 x more of his or her bad experience than a happy Customer. I’m just getting started!!!
The service was a little slow on Saturday evening. Food was a little cold as well. But Club House is one of my favorite restaurants ..... will be back soon.

Terrible! we had 20 clock reservations. we are there early at 7:30 and said we would be happy to go into cash for a 1/2 hour. there were some in the bar that had eaten at the bar. no one else was there, at 8 o'clock I let them know we were ready to sit. the owner said, "Give me 5 minutes I will let you sit. fast forward 1/2 hour later at 8:30 o'clock in the time waiting. the bar area filled and the tables in the bar area for those without reservation. at once, two other couples were sitting. a couple that just came in. Apparently, they knew the waiter who cared them right in. I spoke to the then host (the owner disappeared. they're ready to sit a couple other than I asked what's going on. they told me they didn't know. I had reminded this person that we had waited and that we had a reservation. he sat the other couple and continued to apologize and said it wasn't much longer. I asked for the owner. I was told he was not there anymore. I remembered that this place went business-leading and out of the business a few months earlier and simply again with new “money”. there was a good reason why they had failed before and I am more than sure they will fail again. they offered us nothing. no attempt and no apologies to put us. bad business. an unfortunate customer will tell people 10 x more about his or her bad experience than a happy customer. I'm starting!
