Captain D's - West Knoxville

I've been going to this Captain D's for years and my last two visits were terrible. At first I chalked it up to maybe just a bad day but today was absolutely terrible. The fish is way over cooked, not fresh, and I had to wait forever in the line. For some reason my fish is spicy?? What?? To the owner, you need to step in and make some changes, quick.

Mediocre food. 30 minutes after we ordered we went back up to the counter to get a shrug and oh, there's your food. No apology. They were not busy, there is no excuse.

Salmon and Rice is quite good and actually a healthy drive thru choice.

Service was fast on the drive thru window. Food was hot and very tasty. I have been to other captain d's that were not as good this one was great.

Amazing manager we stopped here for mother days and was greeted with smiling faces and kindness. Food was great and there were only two people working. I didn't get the managers name but he was a gentleman and was doing the job of 4 people!
