Worst chik fil a I’ve ever been too. Ordered fries and a drink and they didn’t get that right. When I asked to remedy the situation they tried charging me for the missing item.

Because on my way to my goal to get a few items on the running gear thru, although they got my order right and repeated it 3 times, they did not one of my items in the pocket and I only noticed when I came home. I called and they said they couldn't have returned me through the phone and I had to go back to get my nuggets. what kind of customer service is that? her youngs messed up our accusations and we paid for things that we did not get, and we need to spend time and money, because gas at all these times is not cheap to get it? avoid these tussi seriously.
Always insanely busy for lunch but somehow they keep the drive-through line manageable.
