Rowan Tree - West Lothian

My family and I went out to eat at The Rowan Tree. We ordered a children's fish dish, which was cooked perfectly. The batter was crispy and delicious, and the hand-stretched pizza was excellent. The service we received was top-notch. Rachel and Rebecca took great care of us and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be returning.

This lunch stop at The Rowan Tree was a spontaneous decision on our way to Edinburgh for two Australians who had no idea what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the great pub atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. The manager even had a friendly chat with my husband about whiskey and recommended some good ones to try while in Scotland. We highly recommend The Rowan Tree, as the Ale Pie and cheesecake were both delicious. Thank you for a wonderful lunch experience.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the waitress. She was very attentive and looked after us well throughout our dining experience. Service was quick and the food was lovely. I got the sirloin steak and my daughter had the butter/popcorn chicken with fries. Both meals were thoroughly enjoyable and we will definitely be back soon.

We stopped by on a rainy and dismal day for lunch at a cozy and inviting pub. We were greeted warmly by Claire who took our drink orders. We enjoyed a delicious starter, main course, and ended with the delightful Sticky Toffee Pudding. Ty provided excellent service throughout our visit and was a very pleasant young man. This was my first time here, but I hope to return soon. Thank you, Rowan Tree, for a wonderful experience!

Great food and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good value for money too! We will definitely be back.
