Deli Delicious - West Modesto

The food was below average, and employees behavior was very much rude to me . They committed me to give food in 10 minutes but they gave me food after 40 min . I still wait for food and they say me ,if you want early food , you can take from another food outlet

We stopped in after a VA trip and before a long trek back to Nevada and I just want to shout out Jacqueline! She was so incredibly kind and sweet! If we make it back to Modesto we will be sure to stop by

I was in today, looks like they have a new team and unfortunately they just don't work well together. That or the Individual that was there from the main district office was really messing up the whole team I placed an order of beer batter fries.Waited 15min still no fries. After 15 min, I started getting anxious as numerous ppl came in to complain or ask about orders. 1 person got a full refund and a pass for 2 free sandwiches with all kinds of sympathy. Another person got free cookies plus the order fixed everyone got sympathy and a freebie. I actually walked out after 20 min wait and asking for my order and being told that they weren't aware of my order since the individual who took my order was outside just so happened he comes in right at that time so the lady from what she called the district office worker yelled at him. Then she said I'll have it ready shortly I was just not aware. I go back 10 min later at this point the place is empty. The cashier is on his lunch eating, and the lady at this point is too busy talking to a potential candidate to work for the establishment I had to wait another 10 min for her convo to end. When reviewing my order after waiting 40min. I got cold fries and I was missing a sauce when telling the district worker she said she can toss them back in the fryer I said no thank you asked for the sauce and then a drink she then proceeded to charge me for the drink I then said I thought I would get it on the house she said i only give ppl i mess up the order a freebie, and that was not the case for me. Me and my team go frequently because we work in the shopping center super disappointing.

Very clean store with amazing product the employees that were working were very nice and very helpful. It was two women that held me, but I didn’t get their name, but they work very hard as well.

Love the subs here!!! Fries are to die for!!! Quick service as well everything tastes very fresh!
