Glatt Fusion - West Orange

The freshest Chinese/Japanese food in the area. I eat here often because the food is that good. You can taste the difference between flash frozen/thawed out and super fresh and well prepared. Glatt Fusion is the latter.

The most tastiest Chinese food that I've had in a while. My husband and I love their sushi selection too! The owner is always very friendly and accommodating to my dietary restrictions. I've catered from here before too- good prices and amazing food. I highly recommend Glatt Fusion!

I am sorry to say but Glatt Fusion is closed. Seems that at least the number has been taken over by Reuben Glatt Spot

I was in Roseland on business and went to check this place out. I have to say that the food was unbelievable. I was only there for two nights and went back there the second night for dinner rather than try a different place. The first night I had beef with broccoli and the second general Tzos. Both nights I had beef fried rice and an egg roll. The portions were very generous and the service was par excellence. Worth the visit if you're in the area and want delicious kosher Chinese.

Ordered from here before for a few offices and they've messed up the order a few times but fix it right away. Staff seemed to like it
