The customer service was excellent! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I felt like a welcomed guest from the moment I drove up to place my order, not just another hungry customer. The person taking my order through the speaker was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Having worked in the fast food industry before, I appreciated the attention to upselling. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
