Café Dumas is located on the ground floor of Dumas House, a building housing a collection of government departments.
a costly cafeteria for employees in the dumas house. eating is revolting. avoid them at all costs.
fantastic service and coffee with a large selection of food for all meals .. and a coffee. great staff and service.
