Pizza Hut - West Point

Only 1 start ,because 0 isn’t an option. Customer service was terrible. I ordered online and went for a pickup. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. The place was not even busy(not a shocker) the cashier was rude. Disregarded me even standing there. Walked passed me probably 10-11 times before saying anything to me. Pizza was incorrect and not all the way cooked. 10/01/2023 at 2:09pm was when I visited this location. Never will come here again.

Horrible customer service! I have never left a review on a place. No one answers the phone, after multiple attempts. So I ordered pizza online and went to pick up and stood there for several minutes before even greeted by a worker. 1 worker walked by multiple times. I 100% know she was busy but having a little smile or customer service goes a long ways. Simply say “be right with you” or something simple in that nature. This was not at a busy time of the day either so not like the place was packed. I will be ordering at Pizza Ranch or Casey’s from this point forward

Pizza was a little soggy in the middle.. Cheese stick were good.

Only 1 star because 0 isn't an option. This is the second time in a row now that I have ordered and have gotten the wrong order. I can understand if you run out of a product, but not telling the customer and giving them something different doesn't sit well with me. When I ask for original pan, I mean it. I don't want thin crust or hand tossed if I didn't ask for it. Fix yourselves, it's sad Casey's is better now. A gas station has you guys beat.

Nice, quiet and clean spot. Service was good and so was the pizza. Have had a hard time finding a solid pan pizza from Pizza Hut for a long time this place did a solid job
