Contribuer aux commentairesI would rate this location a zero if it were possible. The store manager, along with most of the staff, is among the rudest people I have ever encountered. Over the years, I've gradually visited this location less often, as my orders are consistently wrong. Just today, my husband stopped by to pick up two breakfast sandwiches, but when he got home, he found three cream cheese raisin bagels instead. He then had to drive 10 minutes back to get the sandwiches. I work within walking distance of this place, but I refuse to go there, and neither do my coworkers. The level of incompetence among most of the employees is almost laughable.
I visit Tim Hortons daily, purchasing two coffees and a bagel every day of the week. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've encountered an issue with the same employee at the drive-thru window. In her rush to serve quickly, she neglects to scan my rewards app and just takes my payment, closing the window before I can get her attention. When I knocked on the window to address the issue, she ignored me and then claimed it was too late to scan my card. This employee's attitude was quite dismissive and rude. Today is Sunday, August 14, and it was around 8:30 in the morning. I spend a significant amount of money at your establishment and expect better treatment. It may seem trivial, but in this day and age, I'd like to be able to accumulate points for a free coffee from time to time. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Every time I visit this location, I order extra cream cheese on my bagels, but I hardly ever get a standard amount. The staff are usually young and seem to lack any care for their work. Other Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to are fine, so I’d rather drive an extra 30 minutes than return to this one. I'm fed up with the subpar service.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I understand you have a certain amount of minutes to process each order but don?t you think customer service should be your main priority?? Why argue with someone for 5 minutes and telling them they need to come inside or wait in the drivethru again. Those 5 minutes you wasted you could?ve just added on the gift cars. DISGUSTED WITH HOW IT WAS HANDLED. Avoid this location at all costs! It?s not worth going to!!!
Waited 10 minutes in the dining room without any service or anyone even acknowledging my presence. After listening to the employees swear and complain about customers and another employee who failed to show, I along with some other customers just left.
