This restaurant is situated in the food court and offers a solid selection of Japanese cuisine. The service is prompt, and the staff are always eager to assist. I experienced an error with my order, but they resolved it remarkably quickly once I brought it to their attention. Overall, the food is quite tasty for a fast-service spot. I would definitely return for a satisfying meal!

The sushi was fresh, and I enjoyed a delicious chicken teriyaki!

The noodles and beef are overpriced. Paying $12 for a basic plate seems excessive. I could understand this pricing in a downtown area, but at Park Royal? Not acceptable. The beef stir-fry came with no vegetables, just a tiny piece of broccoli. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Never will I eat here again! Disgusting when the guy who puts his hands on your vegetables touches and texts on his phone in between customer then sticks his hands in the mushrooms and throws them on the grill. Then ignores you when you ask him to wash his hands. On too of that the assorted tampira wasnt fully cooked. Questionable meat as well chicken shouldn't look like that.

Horrible horrible service! I cannot believe I was treated like I was today! I am drinking my coffee in one hand shopping bags in the other and proceed to come to the order counter where there is a huge plexi glass plus lady has mask. She started yelling at me shouting you out mask on! I said can I please order? I Explained I?m 6 feet from you plus there?s plexi plus you have a mask on. I could not even find my mask with my arms full so I?m ask again, can I please place myorder? . No way she screamed at me holding a mask sign up now at me behind the plexi glass? wow, time to leave and feeling very humiliated and discriminated against I walked away and moved to the next food spot and was treated with kindnessand respect. I sat and ate my lunch and looked around the food court and realized 90 vaxed here plus wearing masks plus plexi plus 6 ft etc Hand sanitizer, tapping everything we are never ever going back to normal. Masks on standing nomasks sitting. COvid can only be transferred by standing apparently. Insanity prevails.
