Kfc - West Virginia

The order delayed for a while and they said it was missing for some reason. This time around they have improved. The gentleman who helped me was so courteous, professional and polite. I have added two more stars to 5 stars from the great service received today.

KFC use to be my favorite. I work close to the Teays Valley location. The speaker did not work for a couple of months and now the food is horrible. It very greasy. I ordered but they failed to tell me that they only had crispy. Their machine was broken. It nice they have made outside renovations but you must fix the inside. The employee had an attitude because I am unable to eat hard fried food. Management needs to take some of these things into consideration. Or maybe the franchise … – show

I work near this store and everytime I go, nobody comes to the drive thru window. Also sat behind someone in the drive thru for 20 minutes, thought they were waiting on food. They were NOT just having a conversation with an employee.

Love the pot pies… Wish they bring back the chicken livers..
