Cafe Milano - West Wendover

I was very specific and kind to our waitress Luna. She was awesome however they put eggs on my salad and cheese. I couldn’t eat it. Then we asked for a couple pieces of bacon for my aunts **** Mary and they were going to charge us 6.99 for the bacon including the already 14.99 drink. The manager of this restaurant came up to us and I asked if he could comp us the bacon mostly because my 20$ salad I couldn’t even eat. He immediately said he was going to call security on us saying we were going to pay for our meals. Absolutely absurd because of course we were going to. I should walk my butt back there because I could have ended up in the hospital (no exaggeration) if I ate that friggin salad and didn’t even complain about it. Simply asked for it to go and was going to go about my day. But get this, when I’m leaving the restaurant I took a picture of the restaurant sign and the manager sent security on me even outside the restaurant. This guy was so disrespectful would t even let me get a word in and then sends security after me outside? After we paid for a sandwich and a salad, two drinks $100 meal with tip that’s for two people. My grandma and aunt their food was even worse and they paid about 112$ for a sandwich, some mozzarella sticks and two drinks. Anyhow, I’ve never felt so disrespected in a restaurant in my life. Everyone was extremely good at their job. Greeters, service, and i felt the atmosphere was a little cold. We had dinner and breakfast there. Parking: When we checked in, they told us where we could park to get to our room most easily. Our whole stay and fun were delightful. I almost didn't go because I am on oxygen. I felt the smoking would be more than I could handle. One place we called said to go to the Peppermill, because the ventilation would be best for me. They couldn't have been more right. Wheelchair accessibility: It was very easy for me to get around. No cramped places. I will go again. First off, the prime rib isn't $15. It's $29.99. Well worth the price, if you can get them to cook it right. Very thick cut. Prices are a little high on some menu items. But it's a big casino. The atmosphere is nice. Except for the flies. I think the service would be good if they replace a few people. The servers couldn't care less. The cooks, however, are very friendly and professional. It's not a place I'd actively seek out. But I'd definitely eat hear again, in hopes the servers get better. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
